Everything syncs instantly via Firebase, so your entire group stays up to date.
Groups are private communities where you organize your pickleball events. Only members can see and join your events.
Invite codes look like SAT-4821. They use capital letters and digits only, avoiding ambiguous characters like 0, O, 1, and I so they're easy to read aloud.
💡 Tip: Organizers can regenerate the invite code at any time from Group Management. The old code stops working immediately — useful if you want to stop new people from joining.
If you belong to multiple groups, tap the group name at the top of the Schedule tab to open a menu and switch. Each group has its own separate event list.
Events are future pickleball games with specific times, locations, and player limits.
💡 Tip: Events with 8–30 players work with the round robin app. Set your max within that range for best results.
Every event card shows one of three statuses:
💡 Tip: Please leave promptly if your plans change — it opens your spot for someone on the sidelines.
As an event organizer, you have additional tools to manage your events and players.
You can add players who haven't registered to the match by tapping the "Add Walk On Players" button. This is useful for people who show up at the court without pre-registering.
Export your player list as JSON to send to the Round Robin app — no manual entry needed.
The exported JSON looks like this:

Paste this directly into the Round Robin app's player import field — no editing required.
💡 Player Count Check: The Round Robin app supports 8–30 players. If your event has fewer than 8 or more than 30 registered players, adjust the roster before exporting. Set your event's Maximum Players between 8 and 30 to prevent over-registration from the start.
Save events to Apple, Google, or Android Calendar to keep track of your games.
💡 Android Tip: Download the .ics file and open it — Google Calendar will offer to import it automatically.
